Mfp says 1890 is my goal for everyday. Is that a maintenance level or is that the amount i should be aiming for? Just a little confused

    If you entered your goals than it will have your deficit built into it.

    Loss. I started this at 299 lbs

    Eat to 1890 and if MFP adds exercise eat those back too. The calories burns are sometimes overstated, so eat 50 to 75% of those back. Adjust if you are not losing or are losing too fast.
