I'm with you on the emotional eating. Heres what works for me... If it's daytime, get out and take a walk. Too late to get out? Do some simple online yoga or a dance video work out. Drink tea. Or drink seltzer. Chew gum. Call a friend. Plan your meals for tomorrow. Remind yourself that feeling tipsy could lead to binging. If it's late, brush your teeth and go…
