I remember feeling like that too. And since I was home watching TV too much all the commercials for food made it much worse. For me a big part of it was just a habit. Once I learned other ways to manage boredom and stress it did get better.

I've been very lucky to not have any complications. I am grateful every day for regaining my life. I still struggle with my weight but have never regained all of it. Right now I'm trying to lose 30 pounds and it is coming off faster than I expected.
