Hmmm.... depending what WOE you are on, I have had Herman Brot and find it very dense, and only edible if you toast it. If you are simply LC and not KETO, I find that Burgen Soy and Linseed a lot easier to eat, both as a sandwich and toasted. Two pieces has 19.9g Carbs, however 5.6g of fibre. If you only look at net carbs,…

I plan on sticking to low carb - that still leaves me with yummy ham, turkey, some nuts, salads etc etc. I think being smarter will help me this year. :)

Hey @MKknits - I also get Charlies Horses while sleeping, so often I can often feel the twinge of the muscle before it turns. those who get them probably know what I am talking about. With your Chicken bullion, is that a proper broth mix or is it like a stock, which is basically a powder that you add hot water to. I used…

I'm curious to know if anyone has mastered this dough as a base for "bread" for a sandwich? I always make a big pizza, have two pieces and then freeze the remainder, it keeps for a bout a week for me, probably more, but It's too tempting lol

BPC helps me with satiety when IF 16/8 and has no negative impact on rising blood sugar levels. Jason Fung explains this in detail in his you tube videos.

Yes I flip it to make it extra crispy but would probably depend on your oven. I love this recipe. The toppings you can put on are endless. My favourite is just a classic cheese and pepperoni, perhaps with a bit of bacon. Bacon goes everywhere with me! haha

Good evening now in Australia, reading this. 19/10 is coming to a slow end, and just starting for many of you. I blew it today, had too many biscuits not enough willpower. Tomorrow we ride again.

I would love to be able to run. I have an issue with my right ankle. I have Vertical Talus, which is an issue ( I don't know exactly about it) but it gives me premature arthritis in that part of my foot, really preventing me from doing any running, or side to side, stop start type exercise. I do cycle, but as soon as you…

HAHA, thanks for the welcome everybody! Willpower is my problem. I can stick to any type of "eating plan" for about 3 or 4 days then I jump on another bandwagon. Look forward to getting some tips.

Nice work. I started this about 5 days ago and have lost 3.5KG (7.7lbs). I'm slowing working my way down to a four hour eating window. At the moment my eating window is 2:30pm - 8pm, but slowly working down to 4-8pm. so far so good! :)

Thanks Karly - this is a good link :)
