See nobody really knows ! I think I have had a few 20,000 calorie days in my life and I Just wondered what is the max my body could absorb Just looked it up a 5 piece KFC meal has 4000 calories !

I dont know enough, but if you last ate at 8:00 pm and you do a 6:00 am workout seems like the body has to burn fat for energy.
