5:00 am Precor elliptical machine set on weight loss 3000 strides 30 min 400 cal
5:30 am Sci-fit arm machine random hills level 15 20 min 4 miles 100cal
6:00 am Sci-fit arm machine random hills level 10 (reverse) 20 min 4 miles 100 cal
6:30 am Precor elliptical machine set on weight loss 3000 strides 30 min 400 cal
7:00 change and shave 30 min
7:30 swim 1 mile (36 laps 25 meter pool) 1 hour (1000) calories ?
8:30 shower and drive home
9:00 am Protein shake 200 cal (2)
9:15 am hour and a half break
10:45 Dress for lakewalk drive to bb courts
11:00 Sun and Paper 1 hour
11:55 Protein shake 200 cal (3)
12:00 Drive to lake
12:15 Lake Walk 3 miles 1 hour
1:15 pm Drive to YMCA
1:30 Precor elliptical machine set on weight loss 3000 strides 30 min 400 cal
2:00 Pool 30 min
2:30 dress and drive home
2:55 Protein shake (200 cal) or Kale spinach salad (4)
3:00 rest three Hours
6:00 pm Protein shake (200 cal) or dinner chicken and green beans (5)
6:05 pm Drive YMCA
6:30 Precor elliptical machine set on weight loss 3000 strides 30 min 400 cal
7:00 pm weight machines 1 hour
8:00 pm free weights 1 hour
9:00 pm Pool 1/2 hour
9:30 pm Dress head for home
9:55 Protein shake (200 cal) (6)
10:00 pm Pack for tomorrow
11:00 pm snooze till 4 :00 am

Oh and drink 300 oz of water :)

    No offense, but it sounds like you need a life. A job, a hobby, volunteer for some organisation you like, work on your education, travel, do some house projects, read some books, get out with friends more...
    If I loved one wrote down this schedule, to this precision and with these plans, I would urge this person to talk to a therapist ASAP.

    Why not run the 2 miles there and back and skip the other crap and do your weight lifting and be done in 2 hours including travel.

    Also, cook something man. Did you buy stock in protein powder? You don't need those for weight loss.

    There is just... so much wrong with this, I almost don't know where to start.
    Way too much gym time. I would only go for 60-90 minutes to do weights (and why an hour of machines, and then an hour of free weights?? Makes no sense). Then do some walking/hiking/running at the lake. Done.

    As someone else mentioned, spend the rest of your time doing something for yourself that doesn't involve rigid exercise. Take up a hobby, learn to cook (and ditch all the protein powder), make some friends, read a good book - the opportunities are endless.
    And seriously - why the heck aren't you sleeping more??

    I feel like this is a joke.

    Way too much. Eat some real food, hit some weights and cut out some of that cardio-not all just some. Don't bog yourself down with all those meaningless details. Also, if you don't have to work, get some more sleep. At 56 years old, there is no reason to beat yourself up like this...

    If I didn't have to work until 2017, I'd be travelling and eating and cycling around the world ... not consuming protein shakes or spending my days in a gym.

    If you're part time at Disney and a softball ump then this can't be every single day. This may work for a few days but you're going to get burned out and cause more harm than good. Just like everything in life, balance is key.

    Ditch all the protein shakes and eat some real food.......your routine sounds more like a prison sentence than a workout plan.

    If you're not working for a year sleep more, relax more, read some books, learn a new language, learn a musical instrument and spend a moderate amount of time exercising doing stuff that may be enjoyable (run, bike, swim in the fresh air rather than machines in the gym)

    An hour of cardio, an hour of resistance, and maybe walking just because you like it with at least one rest day a week...that would be a lot.

    This is silly.

    And eat more. Maybe you don't care much about food, or hate cooking...something. You can keep the protein shakes if you like, but add at least one generous meal. You've got lots of protein so carbs and fat would be good...big plate of fetuccini alfredo w/steamed broccoli and some seasonal fruit for dessert...or a loaded baked potato, fave pizza, a big cheeseburger...whatever.

    I applaud anyone who can schedule every moment of their day/life because I can't. But *kitten* happens and a schedule like that has got to be difficult to stick to. I'm tired reading it.
