I am the same way. However, I did find my love for boxing a heavy bag. I only bought it for my husband but as soon as I put on the gloves, I’m loving it more than he is. I also downloaded Zombies, Run app. It is a story mode run app. You can also use it for the tread mill and elliptical.

Beginner heavy and speed bag. No ring. Puncher but learning to box. I believe defense and offense play off each other. Both require fundamental and mental stamina.

I love to box. It is a way to tone and destress. It is great for all over workout.

My daughter was just diagnosed with Scoliosis 23%. Waiting on her back brace. She is now resting because she loves to work out and somehow strained her muscles. This has never happened to her. Any tips? I don’t want her to cause any strain. She is also 11 years old. Very thin. She also is energetic.

Spinal headache.. Went in for surgery. The anesthesiologist hit a nerve while doing my spinal. I ended up missing two weeks of my child's entrance into the world because of it. I had to have two spinal injections to close the area where my spinal fluid was leaking. A migraine multiplied by 1 million.
