Starting back
34 yr, 142 lbs, 68 in tall slim and an ER Nurse. I’m trying to start back my elliptical training. I could only do ten min today due to healing from the flu. Motivation is an obstacle for me. Any tips?

36 lb weight loss
Hello, since March I have been cutting calories, exercising, eating healthier, eliminating sodas, increasing my water intake, and meditating. I have lost 36 pounds give or take fluid weight. It is achievable once you have determination and willpower. Best of luck to all. Merry Christmas!

Help! Cheap wrist band to track calories
I have an Apple Watch that works perfect; however, when I have to dress up I wear my gold or silver watch. I lose track of my steps and calories. I have a Fitbit also but I run into the same problem of too casual. I don't always have space for my phone. Any suggestions??? Thanks.

I have been eating healthy and exercising for one week straight. I have cut out sodas and a lot of sugar. I feel so much better. I want to get outside and play with my children.
