Any tips to build butt muscle doing the leg press with weights?

    Strong Curves.... A progressive lifting program that focuses on the lower body.
    Also eating at a surplus.

    ETA- Genetics also play a role.

    I always feel the work in my butt. I naturally have a nice big booty as is, just want to keep it lifted and shapely!

    Glute/ham raises, squats, lunges, are all you need.

    Single leg side press. I do this occasionally with every client. Hits the glutes pretty hard.
