Looking for new friends (squat help)

I lost all the weight I needed to lose and now to build my body. I am starting with squats.

Awesome! I joined a local Crossfit to help with exercise and they focus a lot on squats. One of my favorite exercises is called wall balls. Basically you squat and as you come up from your squat you toss a weighted ball high against the wall and catch it as you go down in your squat. It hurts the first little bit but I have learned to love this. It feels like a total body workout. Good luck and congratulations on your weight loss!1
