Alright - I will start this tomorrow. My emotional/stress eating kicks in at night and it is the main factor behind the weight I need to drop. Nothing but a piece of fruit or veggies for a snack after dinner. I need friends that struggle with night eating. Feel free to add me :)

I use a Tabata App and I LOVE it. I have used the other programs also, but I found that I was wanting different intervals. With the Tabata App you can program your intervals and listen to music at the same time. There is a few different ones out there.

So so frustrated with myself. I am Starting this challenge tomorrow night. I have had emotional issues surrounding food my entire life. Just starting this challenge today, but I have walk/ran 5km at least 4 times since the beginning of May. Long term goal is to run 5km without stopping, then work on speed. Perhaps bump up the distance in the future.

Starting tomorrow - May 10 Goal is not to eat anything after dinner besides a piece of fruit or veggies if truly hungry not emotionally hungry :) I would love some friends on my list who are in this challenge. I just started up again. 45 - Mom or 2 - humourus ;) Canadian
