Hello, I'm Gary and I live in Colorado. I downloaded the app due to the recommendation of my company's nurse.

I need to lose 100+ pounds so I hope this helps me get there.

    How old is middle age now? I am 64 and haven't reached it yet! LOL! You will do just fine. You are in the right place just keep it simple and friend some supportive people who will make kind comments and suggestions if you want them.
