Correct! A 5-block meal = 5 blocks' worth of protein + 5 blocks' worth of carb + 5 blocks' worth of fat

Coffee is the same as water or tea in Zone-- if you haven't added anything to it (milk, sugar, etc), then you don't need to count it. Anything that you add like milk or sugar need to be counted.
