I started off running one mile every day after 2 years off and it was eExhausting but now I can run 3 miles easy like I used to and I could do it after about two weeks of running just 1 mile every day just don’t overdo it in the beginning or you will be sore and slow

I recently hit my goal weight so I'm trying to gain muscle now but I'm afraid of gaining fat because I went from super low carbs high fat to low fat and very high carbs so the transition just makes me nervous and I'm still adjusting!

I'm trying to maintain and ok with gaining a little but I'm mentally afraid to do so and I also just used my carbs by a lot so I'm adjusting now. My high carbs scare me but I'm trying to gain muscle but I'm scared to gain fat!:/

Eat your protien! I like turkey breastbtenders and tuna steak are some favorites right now they are all high protien and low calorie! Also fresh baked salmon is a good one a little higher in calories but it has lots of good fat and protien and its all clean!:) I'm a newbie at this though but I have a trainer giving me tips!
