Tall girls-success stories/pictures?

I was looking for success stories from some other tall ladies. I'm 6'1 and currently weight 195. I would like to get down to 175 in the end. I've already lost 30 pounds. So...anyone tall out there who has posted success stories/pictures...feel free to add me, post the pictures on here and share your story! I could use the motivation! :) Thank you!!!

    Hey;) I am also 6'1". I think your goal is very achievable. I am currently at190 after a few months of apathy. 18 months ago I got down to 177, but then hovered at about 180.     I'm 5'10 and while I never took any before pics, I started at 150 and have lost 30lbs since September. The biggest tip I could provide is EAT MORE PROTEIN than MFP recommends. I do 30% and the weight really dropped off fast and I never felt hungry.

    I'm on the tall side (?) at 5'9 and still a work in progress...

    wow, you look awesome! im 5 foot 10, and my highest weight was 246... im worried about how my stomach will look when i get to goal weight, which for me is 175. im currently 200, and having trouble tightening up my tummy... still really flabby! yours looks great, what have you been doing? was it really flabby to begin with? ive also had 5 kids, so im sure that is not in my favor at this point...

    Thanks! I carried my weight pretty evenly all over but slightly more so on my legs than anywhere else. I've also not had children (yet).To keep loose skin to a minimum, I have been moisturising religiously, drinking loads of water and lifting weights regularly.

    Tall girl here! I'm 5 ft 11 and 160 lb - my heaviest ever since coming to the USA and not walking everywhere. My problem is my lower stomach paunch which every website tells me is fat but I have never had a flat stomach, even when I weighed 140 lb! Any ideas?

    I'm 5'9" . In 2008, I went from 195 to 155 - 40 lbs! Felt great. But as the story goes, started letting it come back on. Gained 35 back. Started the journey again in January and I'm down 24 right now - heading toward that 155. I am on 1200 calorie + exercise right now (elliptical, Curves, Fitness Blender Video, 30 Day Shred - not all in one day - just for variety). The first 20 lbs I was spot on for an av of 2 lb loss per week. This last month its been more difficult. But I expected that. When I reach 155, I am going to raise calories to 1400 and see how it goes. I think I could lose more with the exercise routine so guess I'm just curious to see what happens. Good luck!!

    Im 511 and when I started crossfit I was about 180ish I was 158.2 when I wigged 2 weeks ago and my goal weight was 150 but I really just want visible abs a00loq9r4un18.jpeg
    nd my coach is assuring me that the number on the scale is no longer my focus point!
