I'm buying a few days before....learned the hard way at Christmas...rebougjt those stoking treats 4 times ugg. I had my fav stir fry lastnight and it tasted so salty want enjoyable at all. I really taste the salt in anything packages now it is almost inedible.

I've lost 65 and feel like you described. some days I get my biggest underware out lay them on the bed and put my current ones on top and I see that huge difference. people tell me how good I'm looking. gone from a tight 20 to a too big 14 I see less rolls in pictures but to me don't look that much different. yes my hikes are alot of hills it is not a path..it is jumping amd lots of climbing. I was going up and down indoor stairs instead of sidewalk walking but it bothered my knee the next day for days after. hills don't do that but I can't get out for daily hikes

fantastic! It is for weightloss. I feel like what used to be difficult is feeling g like a stroll in tje Park now. (down 65 lbs) just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time with the walking. it no longer feels like exercise. . Thanks for the help.

I had two not so good days. exercise good...water good. but I had wheat 2 times. that wheat seems to have a hold on me again. I dream of Sunnyside up eggs and toast....and I cave. today I already ate the eggs and toast but I will limit it to that!!

that as I loose weight I need more intense exercise to get the same benifit but my joints aren't up for it. example walking and hiking need to be replaced with jogging but knee can't do it.

I was diognosed fatty liver (I don't drink) and prediabetic. no longer prediabetic and have lost almost 70 lbs. lt was reccomended I cut out sugar and white flour so that's what I did.

that people think you are hiding a big secret on how your are loosing weight. I was asked and I said I hike or walk daily and stopped eating sugar and wheat (do to health issues) and started counting calories they looked at me like"whatever fine don't tell me"

I have done that but it was more I took a bite of something and went what am I doing and spit it out. it was an in pulse to grab it and as soon as I took a bite I realized what I'd done and spit it out.
