When you come home don't weigh for a few days as sometimes there is a bit of water retention during travel. So don't stress if it looks like there has been a bit of a gain. It usually comes off over the week, and then it's back to normal.

I'm happy for you! This week I threw my back out and can't bend over to pick things up and have a hard time getting out of bed. I do feel for those who have problems with backs or knees because it is not easy to do ordinary things. And it takes much longer to do anything.

I saw an air fryer on paid programming the other night. The foods looked amazing and the air fryer cut calories in a really big way.

I think under 100g is considered low carb but have seen up to 150g with some sources.

Except that a huge amount of overweight and obese people DO fall into this category.

I never got above 25 BMI and have always eaten a healthy overall diet. When I moved from normal into low overweight range I started to make adjustments.

Exactly. What did I say that is different from that? Craving less = eating less = less calories consumed

It is useful to blunt carb cravings (ex. Sugar and refined flour) for certain individuals. You cannot make a blanket statement "IF has no special weight loss properties" because not craving definitely helps reduce the total # calories consumed for some.

Drinking too much water can cause fatigue sometimes. My son started getting really tired in the afternoons after drinking lots of water on a regular basis.
