hi everyone sounds like a really positive t25 threat the moment! I doubled up for a couple of days and managed to dislocate my toe! its been clunking around a lot recently. so had a couple of burpee free days as I think that is what caused it. i dug out my old firm DVDs and really enjoyed the change. back to t25 today just…

hi everyone hope all is well. my husband has been in hospital with pneumonia so life been a bit chaotic here. have managed to do a workout each day, been enjoying gamma. but eating has been a bit rubbish. for the heisman I find thinking left right lift. right left lift helps. for moving punches my Eureka moment was the…

coconut oil is high calorie nutritious and easy to hide in foods. my daughter couldn't swallow solid food until 14 months has many food allergies and I used to make chocolate cookies with vegan protein powder. I would put scoops of mixture onto baking paper and freeze. then just take out a couple to cook for her everyday.

rkae I have always had to modify press ups. can manage a few then its to my knees! cant imagine I will ever able to do enough to complete a whole workout. I aim to do a bit more each time but it won't be anytime soon!

welcome! its lovely here. its a great work out ist it.

hi I'm in a similar position. none of my summer clothes fit. bought one pair or crops in a bigger size than I ever wanted to buy! have been tracking and exercising for 19 days and 11 pounds down. I know it will slow down. but its a nice incentive. day at a time. track everything and find something you enjoy doing to move…

not exactly a high intensity work out but I was doing some gentle exercise on a pyjo call when 8 months pregnant. my highly intelligent cat decided it was the perfect thing to sharpen his claws on. the ball went bang. I crashed to the floor. my eldest daughter laughed so much she actually wet herself. cat looked a bit…

Cindyfoowho so glad to know I'm not the only person who has punched myself in the face!

hi Rachel I did upper body today. used 3kg for the long lever exercises and 5kg for curls etc. definitely knew I'd gone up a weight. my arms felt the same when I went to 3 from 1 so I am sure as your strength improves and you get used to the higher weight it will stop aching. I made a bench for the garden today(my Phone…

hi rkae I 'm new to the board too .been doing t 25 a few times a week for a year or so. now doing it everyday, and dieting. I have lost my plan sheet though so need to find a copy on Google.then will try to follow it properly. realistically not sure if I will be able to double up workouts though. I have 2 children and half…

I upped the weights on rip' t to 5kg too. had to go back to 3 for one of the exercises though. cant remember which one now. 24 hours and my brain forgets. bit like child birth! just done core cardio. so glad the countdown timer is there! my thighs were complaining loudly at the last pike ups. couldn't do them as fast as…

there are some good breakdowns and reviews of t25 and lots of other beach body work outs on diapers and dumbbells.

oh dear kitte think i have core cardio tomorrow. cant remember it at all. which is worrying . may have blanked it out! Rachel if you can see and feel progress that's brilliant. focus on that til the scales catch up. glad you enjoyed it cGibs. its fun is nt it. more fun when you finish looking back then at 14 minutes in!
-
are you doing speed 2.0 tomorrow cGibs? hope you enjoy it. there are a few breather moves interspersed to get your breath back along the way!
-
just did beta 2.0 forgot how much fun it is. time flew by. so nice to have a day off push ups too! don't think I worked as hard as I could as I usually work out first thing and couldn't o it til this evening today. Sun was streaming in and it was really hot. so not all sweat was due to the workout !
-
hi Rachel not sure if I'm missing something but your results look great. everything going in the right direction. if your muscles are aching more since starting beta or if you had high sodium or food like rice yesterday this would lead to temporary water weight and I could affect results. I don't think you can read too…

Swedish glace are lovely. inexpensive too.
-
fantastic results. well done.

thanks c gibs that great. put my weight in stones instead of pounds first. which was definitely wrong! I think I bought the only heart monitor in the world that doesn't calculate calories burnt! I have speed 2 tomorrow.haven't done it for a while. remember that it is nowhere near as friendly as speed 1 though with all the…

what are you logging t25 as? I have just used 30 mins general cardio. no idea if this is accurate. did beta core cardio today. had to pause for water break though. time flew by though - thankfully! a

have a look on Amazon for mini speakers that have sd drive. I work nights and play one in the day while I sleep. can download what you want. food wise frozen grapes and berries are good to suck on. then chomp when defrosted!

I only did things I enjoyed. I wanted to be fit but was very aware that life is too short not too enjoy every second. running and gyms weren't…

@RachelRiley87 I used to be very fit. have managed to put on 60 in the last few years. but still exercised most days. so still fit. just a lot more of me to heave about! I did gamma this morning. I really like them. I enjoy using light weights. I generally use 5 kg for most of it and 3 kg for anything with a long lever…

hi I have been dipping in to t25 for a while now. don't follow the schedule as I work shifts and I like to chop and change depending how I feel. I did lower focus today which I can only complete if I change legs throughout rather than 3 exercises on one leg then change I do 8 reps on each throughout. no chance otherwise! I…

I have done t25 and looked into h +c . I understand its less cardio lots more weights. you need a bench which is what put me off.
-
thank you ill look into both of those.

thank you. another bendy bod! I didn't realise barbells were safer than dumbbells. never considered that. I do struggle with long lever type exercises my shoulders pop out if I lift my arms straight to 90°. they behave if I lift above my head though and bicep triceps are fine.
