cize and t25 are so different it will take a while to get used to the structure. but give it a few days and you.'ll get used to the moves and the format and it will get easier. speed 1.0 is a little less intense so you might find it less scary! I now do 2 back to back out of choice! really struggled when I first started. x

I received my set of Power blocks yesterday and the leaflet in the box pictured a bar attachment that you attach a set to either end.

what is it called? we cant have eggs in the house due to allergy. I use organ egg replacer for baking. never found anything that can be used as egg for omelette etc. I'm getting very excited!

I have done them all and sounds like t25 would be good for you. its the one I do most frequently. it takes 30 mins. no nonsense. can it in a small space. if you can do a burpee you 'll have enough room. I love gamma its the only one of all of ones you mentioned that uses weights. alpha and beta are body weight based. you…

Hi I have been vegetarian for 30 years and my daughter had severe food allergies which meant I also had to cut out dairy, egg, sesame and soya. I am just reintroducing them now after 3 years. So was a soya free vegan for 3 years. I get a vegan protein blend from myprotien, made from hemp, pea and rice protein. It's fine.…

Sliverbullets the blog here has detailed info bout all the T25 work outs, should help with your scheduling. http://dumbbellsanddiapers.com/focust25 Hi Tammy, I've been doing T25 workouts for a while now. I don't do the programme just mix and match with others p90x3, Firm, Cize, insanity etc. I like to do a variety…

its not working for you though. be kind to yourself. sounds like your friends need to be kind too. your body does amazing things for you. treat it well.

I think you have tried this diet for 3 months and it ist working for you so why not try something completely different. how about scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast for breakfast. salad and meat wrap or Quinoa for lunch something yummy for tea. home made Thai curry or spa bol or roasted chicken and veg. couple of squares of…

hi all hope everyone is ok. I only had time for 1 workout today. did speed 3.0 it was nothing like I remember from last time. must be getting fitter!

your setting are on private.

I work nights and have a young family so get 2 hours sleep two or three times a week. I don't recommend it! I think it contributed to my weight gain as I was constantly tired. ate for energy and ended up fatter and still tired! I eat 12-1400 calories a day. spread my meals out over the 22 waking hours. I find hot meals…

This wasn't the one I saw, but has got a diagram of the stretch I found most effective. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10400162/plantar-fasciitis

I had insoles made specifically for me, also lots of stretches and daily massage - there was a thread quite recently I will see if I can find it.

I do it bare foot on a mat, I can't get on with trainers, they always feel unstable on me and I have a tendency to lose them when I do burpees. Love, love, love my cushioned mat though. Think it's a reebok one from Amazon. About half the price of the beachbody one.

I have a couple of days of Cize and today fancied a bit of insanity so did the Cardio from the 2nd stage. It's 48 minutes long. I was shattered and still had 22 minutes to go! Which I realised was the same as doing one T25 So my body is obviously used to stopping after 25 mins! It's funny as I do T25 back to back more…

hi Rachel why not swap speed 3 for speed 1? I find I work much harder in speed 1. as I can work flat out and know there is a stability breather soon . the burn out is so near the end it pushes me on too. I just looked at the diaper and dumbbells review and she actually burnt more calories doing 1 than 3- no point at all…

ooh blessed momma I looked at hammer and chisel would love to know what you think. I don't have a bench though and no space for one so I don't hink its for me. Rachel I am still pondering about piyo. they all cost so much. want to get the right one. been doing t25 for about a year now and insanity for over 2 so got my…

hi Rachel I think you will like gamma too. its familiar but the addition of weights make it more interesting and make individual muscles ache rather than the exhausted cardio feeling from some of beta. I have only got 6 of the p90x3 sessions. they are all 30 mins and have a very different feel to t25. what moves are your…

think ill get the whole thing then. I like how the jumping is much more controlled and thought about than t25. rather than constant bashing! my joints aren't keen. can you do the crane push ups. seems to defy gravity! I am pretty sure I have done donkey kicks in insanity but not like Tony wants them! I do have to modify…

I'm wondering about getting p90x3. I have now done acceleration and deceleration. really liked them. could only laugh at the crane push ups and donkey kicks though! cant imagine ever managing them. It feels like doing both alongside each other is a good mix of approaches. I may just invest in it. wondering if his ten…

hi everyone happy Saturday. I have been mixing it up a bit this week. done a couple of cize routines. and a couple p90×3. really enjoyed both of them. very different to t25. I did the pyramid and core cardio today. motivated sister I feel the same about the pyramid so ignore his counting and just do what I can in the…

hi Rachel I really like gamma. love the weights. speed 3.0 is a challenge. lots of burpees. including burpee push up Jack which I cant do so just do a burpee push up. because there are so many types of burpee interspersed I do feel it goes quicker than speed 2.0. how did you find speed 3.0 motivated sister? hope you find…

are you measuring? Could be you are losing faster from your waist so proportionately they look bigger?
-
sorry to confuse. it is gamma that has weighted burpee and superman. I mix them all up now so frequently forget what I'm doing. I did pyramid from gamma and the bonus core speed today. really enjoyed them. good ones to pair. managed the pyramid with 5kg weights too. put one down for over head triceps. but its a while since…

piyo not pylo!

thank you teabea. I haven't heard of Cathe f. I will look into those links. really kind of you. emijanine have you been doing pylo long? do you mix it with other workouts? it has grabbed my attention. I was wondering about getting the pylo on the floor due before investing in the whole system as it is very different to my…

I cant get on with bands I think weights are much better. I started with 1 and 3 kg so 2.2 and 6.6lb. I now use 3 and 5 kg. 5 for dead lifts bicep and tricep. and 3 for things like superman. I tend to put them down for burpees as I don't feel very safe holding them and jumping my legs back! I had a couple of days off and…
