I have been enjoying insanity and t25 however my feet are not so happy! I can fit in one or two 30 min sessions each day. I need something with much less jumping. ideally less boot camp that I can do alternate days for variety and to prevent my plantar faciitis recurring. I am pondering piyo, chalean extreme. they both have very mixed reviews. any other suggestions or insights?

emijanine have you been doing pylo long? do you mix it with other workouts? it has grabbed my attention. I was wondering about getting the pylo on the floor due before investing in the whole system as it is very different to my usual exercise. what would you advise?
