My thighs are huge!!

Ive been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for 2 weeks and my thighs are so big!! Is that possible that it's from that?

    You might have some water weight gain in that area due to it. It won't make them huge but they'll be a bit bigger since water does take up space.

    I'm a female. I lift heavy. I eat at a calorie surplus. And it's still very very difficult to build muscle.

    It's extremely unlikely that you where able to build muscle by doing Jillian Michaels for a month.

    are you measuring? Could be you are losing faster from your waist so proportionately they look bigger?

    unfortunately you can not choose where you lose the weight/fat, for me it seems the thighs are going to be the last place
