I've been going with what I like to eat for a few years - that is how I gained 16 lbs in only 2 years. I'm done with that and really need to get serious if I want to lose weight. I found a healthier plan than Jamie's - even more boring though - but I think that's how the fit look as good as they do.

i've researched macro percentages and calorie #s till I'm burned out and not sure which to pick what to do. I was never a big cheesecake fan but then I had it on Thanksgiving last year when my family hadn't taken it out to thaw soon enough and it was mostly still frozen and I thought wow - this tastes so much better frozen!

Take some plain greek yogurt and mix in some olive tapenade and sundried tomatoes - so savory and full of protein to keep you satisfied just like a whole meal. I use 4 oz. of whole milk plain yogurt and mix in 30 grams of sundried tomatoes with the oil rinsed off and 30 grams of olive tapenade. That is 262 calories.
