Not sure how to stop it from doing that. So just to clarify, I was at 3 hours of exercise as of yesterday and added another 2 hours of exercise today: 1.5 hours on the Cybex Elliptical (easy while watching a show about a guy that built this awesome cat play room and cat tree for a lady and her daughter) and then I also did 30 minutes of chest weights.0 -
