Hey! I have a 7 mo. old, and am almost exclusively breastfeeding. I pump usually twice/day for bottles. I had set my weight loss goal to 1 lb. per week and didn't add any calories back for breastfeeding, otherwise I made sure to drink minimum 8 oz. water each time I feed/pump. Unhappy result: migraines. For some reason when I'm at a healthy weight I get migraines way easier. Totally jealous of those who say theirs got better or went away!

You're 1000% right. The reason I made this post was because when I started to actually lose weight I hit a wall of fear and had to emotionally work through WHY I was afraid to lose weight.
