Well, I have officially hit a plateau. Anyone have any ideas? I suppose I'm not eating enough since I'm exercising so much. I'm not sure what the answer is, but I did lose visceral fat! This, too, shall pass.

FWSWCindy July Step Challenge 6/29 6568 Didn't get my morning walk in due to cooking and getting ready for my family to come and join us at the lake. Spent most of the day in the lake, hense, not so many steps. Still the water felt great and my legs appreciated the break! Congrats @Zaxa2021 on great June numbers!

@frankwbrown Same. I have gained and lost the same 60 or so pounds too many times. This time is for my health. For anyone over 50 (heck, wish I had read it in my 30s), I highly recommend "Younger Next Year." There's also one particularly for Women, it's the pink one, of course. Great book.
