I have several friends who've had knee replacements, and it's made a huge difference in their quality of life. Two of the ladies I sing with had knee replacements, and we do some very active choreography! Wishing you well!

  • @klgriffis620 When you lack motivation for exercise--do it anyway! You'll probably be glad you did. If you can't find time for a full workout, just move as much as possible, wherever you are. BTW, 52 is young! Is the cancer still an issue? Praying that's behind you or soon will be.
