I understand your dilemma! Cottage cheese, muesli, anything fried, milk and any kind of yogurt kills me, as well as high fibre cereal. I also hate eggs with a passion, so I eat just normal cereal. Not particularly healthy, but it keeps my stomach happy. Its so hard to eat the right macros when all the right foods trigger…

I think it took me about a month - over 2 months in of barely any junk at all and i never crave it! Its amazing

I always use a taco/wrap (mine have only 99 calories!) add some tomato puree, a bit of feta/mozarella and tons of spinach and other veg. It takes only 10 minutes in the oven and super low calorie

Bit of a hassle but you could weigh the chicken + bones before you eat it, then weigh the bones after and go on the difference.

I did this pretty effectively by eating much more slowly, drinking a cup of tea straight before my meal and taking sips of water every now and then between bites.
