  • I was the same I was 19stone then I joined slimming world and lost 6 stone & now on this and nearly lost a stone! I've always been big but it's definitely possible to lose it you just need to make sure your heads in it but don't feel too bad if it doesn't come off quickly, slowly losing the weight is far better than losing…
  • The main point is to do it yourself not for anyone else, my boyfriend told me I didn't have to lose weight because he already thought I was beautiful - you need someone to lift you up not tear you down! <3
  • I'm the same! Don't let it put you off!! You just need to get used to less calories apparently it takes about 4-6 weeks for a small change in your routine to become a habit so just try and reward yourself once a week! That's what I've been doing, though I still have my slip ups! It's normal!
  • Veggies & fruit boost weight loss look up zero calorie foods! Also green tea raises your metabolism

  • Pick a weight to start off with and if you want to lose more you can! It's all about taking your time and choosing a weight that will make you happy! (Cheesy quote but true) lol
  • Yeah it sorts it for you.. I put my height weight and goals in and how much I want to lose! It put me on 1300 calories
  • I was slimming world too! Ended up I couldn't lose weight on it anymore but starting this it was an eye opener! I've cut my pasta way down compared to what I used to have! But you'd still feel depressed at the portions of pasta you can have
  • Have you ever tried having good set meals but then organise it for the week, even organise the snacks you'd have as well so you don't binge on anything.. I usually freeze my dinners and pick what I want for the next day and thaw it for the morning
  • I've been doing slightly the same, trying to lose weight for my sisters wedding and it's not happening I keep giving in to the cravings :( it's definitely hard but I've learned that if you have something bad don't feel crappy and don't think 'I've been bad already I might as well be bad the rest of the day', but go…
