I don't log it.

A lot of those "progress photos" are also lies. People either use tricks like fake tan, camera angle changes, tensing and not tensing, saying it's 8 weeks but actually it's a lot longer and in some cases photoshop.

We've had a few lately, remember the one who couldn't poop but got angry and defensive when we said to go to the doctor?
-
No it doesn't. You aren't fuelling yourself enough, also why two hours of a cardio a day?! You'd be better off following a structured plan by a trainer. 200 crunches a day wouldn't give you abs btw. The food plan is also overly restrictive and unnecessary.

Am I missing something with potassium? Suddenly everyone seems worried about their potassium levels? There's a low cal ice cream here in NZ called Zilch that's delicious, also the Fibre One 90 calorie brownies.
-
Cheese and most condiment type sauces (mayo, ketchup, aioli) because I can't stand them.
-
Do you mean you eat 1,500 a day? Rather than you have a 1,500 calorie deficit.
-
No harm in adding it, but gelatin works better. I use gelatin for a mysterious tendon issue (it's the only thing that works) and it does wonders for my hair.
-
None, unless my doctor says I need to.
-
Not to be rude, but you say that restricting yourself for too long will make you cave one day yet you're literally on one of the most restrictive diets you could possibly find?

I don't think tea has that much caffeine in it. Correct me if I'm wrong but I drink 3-5 cups a day and it certainly does not energise me in the slightest. A sugar-free Red Bull will though.

Nike Training Club app is free and has stretch and yoga routines.

The other half (S&C coach and biomechanist) says that you should never train to failure on any exercise. Many reasons but the main two are what's the point, you're simple exhausting yourself for the rest of your workout and your form suffers which can cause injuries.

Wine.

Just want to comment that a vegan diet isn't a weight loss plan, it's an ethical standpoint.
-
Makes no difference, train whenever works for you.

I only log the milk I add to my tea, I don't log the tea itself. I drink a lot of tea so can easily consume 100 calories a day from the milk in my tea haha.

If you are trying to lose weight then calories are king, not the type of carb you are eating. Obviously, some carb based foods are higher calories than others, but they can still be eaten whilst losing weight. Just might need to re-jig portions to ensure it fits in the daily allowance.

Just checking here that you do know that fasted cardio has no additional benefits? I personally exercise fasted because I don't like eating at 5am (and you may be the same) but you don't have to work out on an empty stomach. Also, I eat about two hours after I finish at the gym (because of my morning routine) I eat an egg…

Mince is one of my fav go-to dinners, as I like chilli and tacos and spag bolg. But omgosh the calories make me want to cry! I live in NZ, so all our beef is grass fed, it's still high calorie. We don't get turkey mince here (I've never seen it in shops) so I can't substitute even chicken mince can be tricky to find.

I'm a weights and LISS person, I can not stand HITT workouts. I'd take an hour walk with podcasts over HITT any day. Calorie deficit for fat loss.

Honestly, this thread has BLOWN my mind. I have learnt so much.
-
I find the strength training cardio entry pretty accurate for me.
-
It's pretty hard to rely on measurements as it's near impossible to measure the EXACT same place every time. Even 1 cm out from where you last measured it will be inaccurate. Also, 1.5kg weight loss in two weeks! WOW!
-
Agree. 8 liters of water a day is insane. Heard of hyponatremia? It isn't pretty and can kill you.
-
100grams of fibre?!?! How! Is that even a good idea?

It amazes me that the only thing you respond to is when people question you. There have been dozens of replies (including from a doctor and nurses) and instead of taking it seriously, or even saying thank you, you simply continue to attack people who are offering help. You literally asked for help, I don't know what you…

I don’t understand how you are so relaxed about this. The pain must be awful. Please ring your doctor back and explain the situation fully. Don’t be embarrassed they deal with these things regularly. Your health is very important, if this is serious you’ll look back and regret not going earlier. Just stop and think for a…

I'm LOVING your theories around this.

Honestly, is it sad that this thread was the most exciting thing that's been happening to me the past few days. I'm kind of sad she's gone.
