Hi all, I am 41 and would like to lose another 40 or so pounds. I have been on here since the end of April and have lost 26 pounds so far... I too work at a desk all day, have been for the last 9 years or so. I have put on a lot of weight since then. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!

Sounds like a good way to motivate.. But I am going to try and wait until I am closer to my goal weight to buy new clothes. I think it will be more fun to be able to go on a mini shopping spree to buy SMALLER clothes.... LOL!! My treat to myself. :)

You can eat all that stuff if you plan for it. Just keep watch on the calories... I eat burgers, ice cream, etc. I found a banana chocolate bomb pop... only 60 calories... to me that is a treat..
