    This is great, especially for the summer! Homemade blueberry frozen yogurt

    • 2 cup(s), Blueberries - Raw
    • 0.33 cup(s), Greek Nonfat Yogurt
    • 1.50 tsp(s), Lemon juice - Raw
    • 2 tbsp(s), 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup
    Throw it all in a blender and you are good to go! Perfect timing too since it's blueberry season :).

    Blueberries and whipped cream. Berry & banana smoothie made with almond milk. There was a sale on blueberries lol.

    One of my favorite is to make a Sugar Free Jello Chocolate Pudding and pour into individual serving dishes. Add a teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs over the top of each and a small dab of fat-free cool-whip.

    Ghirardelli dark melting wafers, PB2 powder, and soymilk. It makes something similar to fudge. So good!
