I feel you! Once I start I can do the daily grind but once I stop its HARD to get back on the saddle & stay motivated but you can do it!!! Feel free to add me :)

Sweets are my weakness!!! Dark chocolate is best though :) I dnt particularly like dark chocolate but it's the best option. If I do have something sweet I'll take a spoonful to satisfy the sweet tooth. I love Nutella & green apples together!!! SO good & always satisfies the sweet tooth!

I always choose a day & plan for it. If you wait until your cravings take over, you may not come back at all it it may take a long awhile before you come back! Never deprive yourself. You can have what you want just make sure you have it in moderation & watch your portion sizes. Dnt wait until you binge....usually that's…

For me, it was the small things. Cravings are the worst but you can't deny yourself all the time as if you do a binge can sure follow. My weakness is sweets! I try not to have sweets but if I get a craving I reach for something small. Portion size is key! You can do this!! It will be hard but it takes time. Keep pushing & stay positive!
