YAY for your loss! I'm currently 15LBS down and tons more to go BUT happy with what I've done so far. It's hard but once it's routine it's hard to imagine not doing your routine! Keep up the good work! Friend request sent :)

You can do it!!! It is hard & takes a lot of time & effort but start small & grow. Honestly, I would NEVER keep up with any weight loss plan. I would start one week & the next I would pig out or stop my routine. But I started walking on my breaks at wrk & progressed from there. Every bit counts! Dnt feel discouraged! Good…

I definitely use the crockpot as it is simple & so easy. I love that I can throw whatever in a crockpot while at wrk. I get off at a weird time so it's nice to have meals prepared. I also do meal prep which helps a LOT because cooking during the week is tough (& lets be honest who wants to do that lol I sure don't after a…
