I am not .. I just eat a lot more in the weekend and so I try to make up for it in the next 4 days .. I dont know if that makes sense? Haha

I am sedentary except for exercising for 45 mins a day ( 300 calories burned ) My ultimate goal is just maintaining my current weight Also , i am 19 years old

Well yeah , but she implied that her aim is to lose 40 lbs QUICKLY so i think that her primary concern should be burning more calories to lose the weight faster

300-350 :) I suggest that you still exercise while maintaining as it helps a lot !

If your aim is to lose 40 lbs quickly, I would suggest : skip weight lifting for now and focus on cardio as cardio burns a lot more calories and to lose weight , you need to burn more calories :)

for weight loss CICO is all that matters , trust me. Few months back , I went to several nutritionists and the only thing that worked was CI<CO. I'm sorry but literally ANYTHING can be addicting if you let it. I used to be an addict to cigarettes . I stopped even though all my friends smoked every time we went out. I stopped because I was determined to do so. Same goes with food. People should stop pitying themselves and do something about it , instead of waiting…
