More calories = more energy?
Weird question but I couldnt find a good answer for it on Google. If something has more calories , lets say , A pizza or cake , does it mean it will give you more energy and keep you fuller for longer ? Therefore does a pizza give you more energy or keep you more full than a salad ?

So I am a huge fan of Costa's coffee cooler / creamer and on their website it says that it contains only 87 calories( with skimmed milk). But the thing is they put A LOT of vanilla powder thingy in it so is it possible that it only contains 87 calories ?

Fast food and obesity
Fast food franchises like McDonalds etc sometimes get blamed for obesity ( especially in certain countries) . Is it really fair to blame them tho? I mean if its about CI<CO then you could eat a homemade salad which may contain more calories than a McChicken. Opinions?

Hi ! I am a bit confused when it comes to logging a new drink I bought. So its a juice sugar free which you mix with water. On the bottle it says '2 kal per 100ml'. Is it 2 cal per 100 ml of juice or 100ml of water with the amount of juice you are supposed to mix with it?

Weight gain or water retention?
So on Saturday I was 49KG and on Monday my scale was up to 51KG. I pigged out all weekend so idk if its actual weight gain or water retention. Yesterday I ate about 1000 calories but this morning the scale still remained the same . So is it weight gain or water retention?

Can anyone have the body they want?
So my friend was overweight , lost some weight and is now at a healthy BMI and is really happy with her body. However , her period stopped completely and her mother told her that she should gain weight as she was not made to be thin and she is not naturally slim. I am asking this out of curiousity but what happens if you do only cardio ( walking /elliptical etc) and no resistance training / lifting. Is lifting that important when losing/maintaining weight?

Gaining while eating at deficit
So usually after a weekend of eating junk , I cut back during the week , and the weight comes off and I end up at 49kg on Friday again. However , this week I ended up at 49.8kg. Anyone knows why? Fyi , Not freaking out , just asking.

fatigue and low energy in the morning
hi everyone :) Idk why but every morning , I wake up feeling extremely tired , even after having breakfast. I cant even do more than 5 minutes on the elliptical without feeling exhausted and out of breath. This only happens in the morning. Anyone has an idea why ??
