Hi So I found a strength routine but i dont know if its good :
80 sit ups and 50 bicycle crunches once a week
50 single leg raises and 30 hamstring curls with weights once a week
30 bicep curls and 30 overhead lifts once a week
Is this good as a strength training routine?

I suggest you use a proven beginner's program like Stronglifts 5X5 or Strong Curves, rather than trying to make up your own. Check out this thread.

ETA: I feel like I should add, respectfully, that that program looks weak and useless to me. You will get much more bang for your buck by doing compound lifts. I did Stronglifts for about 8 months and got amazing results. You only have to learn 5 lifts and if you download the app, it will track your progress for you.3 -

Aa thanks !! Should have posted this sooner as I've spent a lot of time searching for a simple workout routine like Stronglifts 5x50 -

No, it is not. It focuses on core exercises and isolation exercises, while missing whole muscle groups.
I would suggest Stronglifts as well. Whole body, compound lifts, fairly quick to do and good for beginners.2 -
Use an accepted progressive overloading program1

If you only have access to dumbbells, you can try a program like this:
