Fitbit counts steps while doing elliptical. Is this normal ?

Scale and weight
Do you guys rely on the scale? Especially those who weigh themselves everyday. As sometimes I eat in a deficit and the next day I gain weight and get confused and dont knkw if I am doing something wrong. I am thinking of weighing myself once a week and rely on clothes to know whether I am gaining/losing.

Hunger vs. appetite
How can you tell when you are feeling hungry and not just having an appetite? Im gonna stop counting calories but cant tell when im really hungry since i have always relied on logging.

Cardio
Can you maintain weight by doing just cardio and no or little strength training? I can workout out on the elliptical for an hour but I hate lifting.

Bored at work
So I got a summer job in an office and work is usually slow so I end up starring at the computer for 6 hours. I get bored and end up eating even if not hungry. Any ideas as to what I can do?

Counting calories forever
Maybe a silly question , but out of curiousity , once you get to your goal weight , do you plan to keep counting calories everyday for the rest of your lives? I mean its a little hard to keep track of everything you eat especially if you have an active and busy life

Popcorn
I know I saw this question somewhere else but cant find it. So the popcorn label says that per 100g , you get 355 calories. But when measuring the popcorn , do I weigh it before its air popped or after? As im confused to what the 100g is refering to.

I usually dont have time to cook during the day so I have breakfast and then I snack during the day until dinner. Can you tell me some low cal , fulfilling snacks ? The only veggies/fruit I like are carrots , grapes and cherries.

Calculating body fat
As I posted in another thread, my body fat has been increasing while my muscle mass has been decreasing. This happened again this week and I am concerned. Can you please tell me whats an accurate and inexpensive way to measure body fat and muscle?

Losing muscle and gaining fat.
I eat at maintenance calories and workout but im losing muscle and gaining fat. Anyone knows why ? I use a body fat analyzer to measure fat and muscle percentages.

heart rate
I am probably gonna look stupid but im really confused. I did my workout in the morning using the elliptical and my heart rate went from 103 to about 155 in 1 minute. Is that possible ?

How accurate is the fitbit Blaze's heart rate monitor and calories burned ( at rest and more importantly , during workouts) ? Is it reliable??

Aspartame ( artificial sweeteners)
There was a debate online , whether artificial sweeteners , especially aspartame cause weight gain or other issues as our body cannot digest it and stuff. What are your opinions on this? I think its an interesting topic.

Fat stomach rolls
I dont know if this is normal but my stomach rolls over my tummy somehow , especially when sitting down but even when standing , I have a big stomach , a 'line and a big belly. Splitting workouts
Because of the heat , I cant bear more than 20 mins on the elliptical so I do 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the evening. Is that still good?

Binged :(
Im freaking out .. I binged today and ate a whole cheesy crust pizza and a pack of cookies :( I've been in a 500 calorie deficit for the last 5 days.... Will I gain weight tomorrow ?

Fats and calories
