Will I gain weight if I exceed my recommended ammount of fats but remain in my calorie range during the week? As I am obsessed with chocolate rice crackers right now and cant stop eating them!

As long as you are in your calorie range, you won't gain weight. It wouldn't matter if all your calories came from fats, but I wouldn't recommend it.0

If you're still within your calories, it's fine. A lot of people look at their fat and/or protein goals as minimums to reach.0
