Weight and body fat
Hi :) I've been maintaining my weight for a while now and I am quite happy. However , one thing that is bothering me is that while I am maintaining weight , I am decreasing muscle and increasing body fat. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do?

HATE WATER
Hi , so I've had this issue since I was a child. I dont like water AT ALL. I despise it and it makes me sick. I drink artificiallt flavoured water ( only 6 cal per bottle ) and diet sodas which also satisfy my sweet tooth and hunger. Can I still tone up , be fit and maintain my weight?

SMOKING !!
This may sound stupid but About 6 months ago i stopped smoking and started running.. however , yesterday I slipped and smoked a pack :( will this have a permanent effect on my healthy? Will I be able to run the same tomorrow ? I am really worried and scared

Running to tone
Does sprinting intervals on the treadmill help you tone your inner thighs ? As I dont like lifting but I love the treadmill and the elliptical :/ I dont want to lose anymore weight so I dont think i should be in a calorie deficit

Is it all about calories?
I may sound dumb but i am trying to maintain my weight and just tone my tummy and thighs. However , I just take into account my calories and eat the required calories to maintain my weight. I sometimes reduce calories during the week so that I could eat some junk on weekends. I eat a lot of carbs and vegetables and fruit…

Toning up
I decided I dont want to lose anymore weight. I just want to tone my thighs and stomach. Do I still have to eat 1200 calories a day or do I eat at maintenance and do cardio along with weights ?

Why??
Hi my goal is to stay below 50Kg. I was 49.8 kg yesterday. I only ate 1200 cal and this morning I am 50.3 kg. Anyone knows why? And should I diet again?

Sick and messed up :(
Ok so I am currently at 49.8 kg and my goal weight is 49. I usually eat 1200-1300 cals during the weak and then cheat a bit on the weekend. However, this week I was sick .
