Silly question but I am really curious , why do some people eat more than others to feel full?? Is it like , the more you weigh, the more you eat? Why do people feel satisfied with just one slice and others need 2?

Because not all stomachs are the same size, because some people eat quicker and don't give the food time to reach the stomach. Because some people are lying when they say they're not hungry after 1 slice to not seem as greedy.5

As the person above me alluded to, it can be a variety of reasons.
Perhaps that person snacks more throughout the day so you don't really see everything, or perhaps they're less active. Certain foods are more filling so if they load up on more protein than simple carbohydrates that could also have an effect on it.
But honestly I'm one of those individuals who are "satisfied" after one slice, but only after starting myfitnesspal. I used to eat a ton! Now I'm "satisfied" because I don't want to over do the calories; not that I'm actually full, but I just don't want others to tell me I don't need to watch my weight all the time and encourage me to eat something I don't need, because believe me that happens more than you realize once you're closer to your goal!0
