Thanks - I’ll look at building up my distance first then. I don’t have ambitions to be a marathon runner or anything but would quite like to get up to 10k!

I lost a lot of weight from doing slim fast but struggled to keep it off. They are quite high in sugar too. I wouldn't do it over a long period but as a kick start for a couple of weeks it's ok.

This is so reassuring - I've gained 2 lbs this week despite being really good all week and doing lots of exercise. I'm due on tomorrow so maybe that explains it!
