Sorry all, I guess I wasn't clear. I understand you can still lose & eat all the sugar you want as long as you're in a deficit. My concern was for my overall health, not just weight loss - limiting sugar to prevent health issues. Thanks for all of the replies!

Sugar concerns me the most for all of the negative impacts it has on my health. Yes, I have a weightloss goal, but my goal is overall physical health. Sugar's links to cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc. are what concern me most.

Calm down dude. She said she was there first. If there is a fan in the gym, it is to be used. This guy can't just walk over and change something somebody is using when he wasn't there first. How long you've been at a gym doesn't entitle you to just call all the shots? Chill.

I find that a lot of old men feel entitled and are also sexist even if they don't realize it. I've only ever encountered men who expect me to just give stuff over to them at the gym. It's ridiculous.

My macros are okay I definitely ate enough protein for breakfast but today was a day where I had a lot of fruit early on and I think that might've contributed to the hungry feeling all day! I'm almost vegan! Eat it most of the time just haven't taken on the label and committed. Don't let people tell you fruit is bad for you because the science on that is fudged. Do a little more research. They try to say the fructose is bad for you but it's not in the amount that's in fruit.
