I am between 1300-1500 deficit, i make sure to eat over 1750, but under 2000. I needed to lose 160 pounds to get to 200, then more im sure. But 200 is my "get the bulk of the weight off" goal. Losing 3-3.5 lbs a week, %1 of my weight.

SW 360, CW 313 GW 200. Ive lost 47/160 i want to lose, but 200 is just my first goal to get rid of the bulk of my weight, honestly i don't know what my goal will be then. But if you need a friend add me, I haven't exercised much at all, just became more active or less lazy, walking more, getting outside more with the kids.

I miss this too, it let you slide the scale down, felt more like progress than just typing in a number.

Calories in Calories out on Fitbit doesn't even work for me, since i set a custom goal of 2000 (3 lbs/week or %1) it wont register it, it only works if i select the 2 or 1 pound a week settings within the app.

Im thinking because i set a custom calorie goal, Fitbit wont recognize it, only lets you choose 1 or 2 pounds in the app. So i think its overcompensating me back to maintain

I watch cameras all day for 8 hours, sit on the bus home for 40 minutes each way to work. I have lost 43 pounds in 105 days by using the sedentary goal. I try to drink my 32 oz bottle every 2 hours and go walk to get more ice tea to try and get steps in, but i can't be gone for long periods. You can do it!

It took my fitbit 48 hours to connect to mfp. Just follow the steps and and sync the two and after a while it will show up, i believe its a known issue.

Drink more water? I keep a 32 oz water bottle with me at all times and drink one right before lunch so I feel fuller. Also maybe find an evening hobby instead of staying at home, go for a walk, hike, fishing.

That was me. I would wake up to an entire pizza and cookies gone. One day I added up I drank 6000 cal in alcohol per week. Not including soda.
