How do people, following a low carb diet, manage with occasions when they go out? For example, to a restaurant for a celebration? Yes. Today I've kept under the limit to the carbs, just. As I've been sick I've only started my exercise routine, with my exercise bike again.

I'm comfortable in where I am right now. I've been able to tract my food, and this is helping I think. I am eating more fruits as part of the main diet macros diet plan. This is mainly strawberries (3 cups in a shake, or 250 grams raw). I also like avocado. But no bananas as yet..I need to watch my carbs, which is so easy…

How great is it to have that fresh wind of honesty. I think that I should re evaluate the Keto diet, but so far I've actually been enjoying it. Perhaps now that I've joined, I will continue to track my foods/ fitness and get some weight off. Thanks. :)

Thanks that's honest. I appreciate that. I find KETO easy to do, but I'm not losing much weight in the 2 weeks I've been on it.

Hi Eve, I'm new to the Keto Diet too. I haven't lost more than a pound in the past 2 weeks, but hopeful that I'm doing the right thing. Facebook has quite a few groups for the Keto. Also lots on Youtube. I want to lose 10 lbs as a starting weight loss goal. :)
