Hi I have been waiting to be out of 260s forever but I always start then quit but not this time I’m so determined so far since 1/1/18 I have lost 6.6 lbs so I’m ready and ready for any help I can get along the way

@aemsley05 you look so great I hope to be able to do this I said last year by 2018 I would be at my goal weight but I’m not but this year I’m determined I’ve been logging in each day and exercising everyday I go to gym after work everyday since the 1st and I’m proud of myself you give me motivation thank you

@apullum I would rather not have extra 100lbs on me also just don’t want to ugly with loose skin is all I know it will benefit me being healthy extra that is why I am doing it

@rheddmobile I’m so happy for you and all that you have accomplished and i don’t have a problem going to gym it’s just if I don’t go with someone I have no motivation you know. I have to get myself in mindset that I don’t need someone there with me that is one of my biggest issues with going to gym

@rheddmobile thank you so much for your story every time I start to go to gym I stop but I’m trying on 26 to start working out my boyfriend loves the way I look but I want to be healthy and when I have kids I want to be here for them

Thank you. I don’t have any pain my biggest problem is I get out of breath easily and I know it’s lose skin but I already don’t like my boyfriend touching me anywhere cuz I’m fat let alone loose skin it’s a sad reason I know @evilpoptart63

Thank you I am it's hard especially on days like yesterday I didn't work out cuz I had five hours of sleep then work for four hours then birthday party to go n regular household things I was to exhausted but I worked out today I could tell a difference when I skip a day when I normally don't
