Add me. I can guide you. Unfortunately, I've done this before, twice. Why am I back up? Well, life...

Not everyone ends up with loose skin but trust me, its still worth it even if you do! I have plenty of it but I still wouldn't want to take back the progress to have it filled out again. Losing the weight gradually and adding in strength training can help minimize it but its still a possibility that you will have some anyway. Dropping the weight to improve your health, have better energy, less joint pain (if you are experiencing it) and live a longer life will be so much more enjoyable in the long run instead of putting it off to prevent some tummy wrinkles.3

Thank you. I don’t have any pain my biggest problem is I get out of breath easily and I know it’s lose skin but I already don’t like my boyfriend touching me anywhere cuz I’m fat let alone loose skin it’s a sad reason I know @evilpoptart630

Being healthy and feeling good about yourself is totally worth having some loose skin to deal with in the end! Don't let that anxiety about the end product scare you out of taking care of your body.2

Putting in the effort so you don't get winded as easily is a great motivation!!! At the end of the day, everyone who decides to lose weight does so for their own personal reasons. Holding onto those reasons and thinking about what you want your life to look like in the future really helps on the days when motivation and will power are lagging. And I don't think it's a sad reason at all. I'm honestly insecure about my loose skin so I totally understand. I was more insecure about my body before I lost weight though. I've been trying to just be more compassionate toward myself. Learning to love yourself throughout the process will bring a lot more happiness than trying to get a smooth flawless body. Don't be afraid, you will do great!1 -
We have similar stats - I started at 272 and am currently 160. I do have loose skin, but trust me, it's so much better! My loose skin is mainly on my lower belly and can be concealed under mid-rise bikini panties. It doesn't hang, it's just wrinkled. My husband doesn't mind it and in fact can't keep his hands off me since I lost weight. I'm 50 and hope it will tighten some over the next two years since it has already tightened some. Being younger you should have more resilient skin and may not even have an issue.
When I was fat I couldn't even do Christmas shopping without having to sit down and rest. Yesterday we went shopping and ran all over the place, and I didn't ever notice how much we were doing. I can run a 5k now! Please do this for yourself, you deserve to lead a good life and it will be wonderful.5 -

You can start by working out from home if going to the gym is a problem for you - I found that working out at home gave me fewer excuses not to do it, and let me get into better shape so I was more confident when I did go to the gym. YouTube videos are a great place to start, if you do just one ten minute video it's ten minutes better than nothing!
Being heavy is really bad for you. My obesity gave me diabetes. Now that I have lost the weight, I am much healthier but will still have diabetes for the rest of my life. If you can avoid this by losing weight now, that's a good thing.2 -
@rheddmobile I’m so happy for you and all that you have accomplished and i don’t have a problem going to gym it’s just if I don’t go with someone I have no motivation you know. I have to get myself in mindset that I don’t need someone there with me that is one of my biggest issues with going to gym0
