Daily Post - 18th & 19th Track: Yes - Both Calories: Under - Both Exercise: 18th - OTF 60 mins, 19th - OTF - 90 Min and over an hour walking at the zoo. Comments: I was focusing on calories due to 2 Christmas parties. I was happy to stay under calories but working on not eating all of the sweets 🍬

Daily post 12/13/18 Track: yes Calories: Under Exercise: 20 minute walking Comments: I did better at tracking my food. My only problem today was that I ate a late lunch due to work and I didn’t eat enough breakfast. I need to work on calorie intake for breakfast to get me to lunch without feeling sick.

Since I work a desk job, it’s easy to snack. I have been bringing healthy snacks just in case I want to snack, but fighting the craving is tough for me.
