    Sorry guys, super late with this! It's been a busy couple days, hopefully, I'm settling back into my routine. Although, some of that is due to a new video game (because I am that nerd who digs into a video game and loses 12 hours and that *may* have happened both Saturday and Sunday).

    Not too bad! I went over my kilojoule goal every day so I was expecting a gain. It's very hot and humid so it might just be that I lost a lot of sweat but I'll take it and try harder next week 😁

    Early in the day I always say I’m going to go to the gym or for a long walk with the kids then the end of the day I just want to eat then sleep. Something has to change

    Sorry to vanish. Was really horrified by my gain--a mix of TOM and binge eating. Joined Noom for additional support and am feeling back on track again. I guess my Feb goal will become my March goal--to get into the 140s.

    @IanMoone30 I usually do things that I don't want to do before the things I do want to do, like I walk early in the morning before work and right after I eat lunch, I do my weight training...and those before the things I do want to do like play video games.
    And honestly, I don't treat it like it's something that's optional, it's something I have to do, like go to work...I have to workout if I want to reach my goals, and I do want to reach them so it becomes something I have to do.

    Been battling a cold for a few days that turned into a sinus infection, and tried to push through it. However, I am fatigued today and my throat is sore and hoarse. I'm hoping this doesn't turn into strep because it has before. 😷😫

    Any remedies for throat pain? I have done the tea honey lemon thing.

    Rest, hydration, vitamin C. Hope you feel better, I had a nasty cold a few months ago... yuck!

    @Bm00re2u Yep, that happens to me like every time I get a sore throat. This last time I let it go, drank a lot of warm liquids and ate a lot of sugar free cough drops and it seemed to subside within about 2 days and didn't seem to turn into anything more this time. Also stuck to super nutritious foods during that time, no junk.

    What a year. Last March I had a hip replacement, In July I found out I had liver cancer and had a liver resection in Sept which got rid of the cancer for now. Trying to get permisson to go back to work found out I had a hernia which I said to the doc 3 months ago. So off to the surgeon on Monday to see what is going to happen. On a good note my weight this week is going down

    On the flip side... though I’ve been actively exercising while on vacation, I have not been eating healthy at allβ€”- 🍷 alcohol 🍺 , desserts 🍨 and tons of food. I’m off IF as well. I feel awful. I’m puffy and my stomach is distendedβ€”-bleh. Plus I got a crazy sunburn πŸ₯΅ even wearing 70 SPF πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈβ€”-but what a lesson vacation eating has been for me after being on task since August.

    I am now worried that I won’t be able to transition back to my eating program this weekend πŸ˜₯😣. Going to try to get some control the next three days and go lighter on food. I’m happy to come back here to you all for some motivation and some griping (sorry for the latter πŸ₯΄πŸ˜¬πŸ˜†).

    My friend and I share our weight weekly. We had difference in weight ca 20 pounds. Now only 3.3. I write this number basically everywhere: it keeps me away from fridge: only 3.4 pounds and I'll be lighter than my friend for a first time ever
