So I had my check up this morning. Looking good so far. Just waiting on some lab work. And Iβm officially out of the obese category on the weigh5 charts. Woohoo π

Took one sip of wine with dinner and promptly got sick. I know Iβm not pregnant, so looks like Iβm coming down with the GI bug going around. Fingers crossed itβs not a bad one!

Well I got the results of my CT scan and I'm going to be on a clear liquids diet for a bit. My stomach has been in pain and so uncomfortable that I can't really exercise like I want to. Hopefully I can be back in the zone next week! Well the plus side is that I have no appetite and I am definitely under in calories! πDaily Post

Comments: Made my birthday cake, Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Buttercream Cake. It's definitely not low calorie, and I will be eating a lot of calories tomorrow, but still low carbs, I just feel better and do better overall eating low carb so I'll stick to that, but I will be over eating for sure lol. Meant to grab some pecans to decorate it with, but eh, it's still going to be awesome.

TODAY'S MOTIVATION TIP:
EATING OUT OF BOREDOM
We have all at one point been bored and the first thing we do is reach for something to snack on. Now if you've been on this journey for a long time maybe you've been able to train yourself out of this bad habit, so this does not apply. For those of us who are still struggling to train our mind and bodies out of this habits here are some tips:
In addition here's an additional tip for dining out that I learned at my weightloss meeting rhat I want to share with you:
#1 plan ahead preview the menu before you get to the restaurant
#2 if you chose to eat the bread only choose 1 preferably whole grain but only eat half
#3 choose from the low carb or healthy dishes section under 600 calories
#4 Most entrees are portioned for 2 ppl so asked for a to go plate to half off your plate right away.
#5 Begin eating the low-carb first (veggies) then protein and lastly high carb

NSV: I made an army of tiny dogs made of smarties and Hershey kisses today for my kids Valentines at school. 200 kisses and 50 smarty rolls in front of me all day and I only had 1 of each. π

We all need a night where we can just chill especially when we've been working so hard. I have a bottle of wine that I am saving for when I get my Master's Degree in the mail can't wait any day now1 -

I bought munchkins for the kids today and had 2. That put me over my calories for the day but Iβm still under for my carbs. And normally I would have eaten a lot more than 2.
