    So I had my check up this morning. Looking good so far. Just waiting on some lab work. And I’m officially out of the obese category on the weigh5 charts. Woohoo πŸŽ‰

    Took one sip of wine with dinner and promptly got sick. I know I’m not pregnant, so looks like I’m coming down with the GI bug going around. Fingers crossed it’s not a bad one!

    Well I got the results of my CT scan and I'm going to be on a clear liquids diet for a bit. My stomach has been in pain and so uncomfortable that I can't really exercise like I want to. Hopefully I can be back in the zone next week! Well the plus side is that I have no appetite and I am definitely under in calories! πŸ˜€

    Comments: Made my birthday cake, Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Buttercream Cake. It's definitely not low calorie, and I will be eating a lot of calories tomorrow, but still low carbs, I just feel better and do better overall eating low carb so I'll stick to that, but I will be over eating for sure lol. Meant to grab some pecans to decorate it with, but eh, it's still going to be awesome.

    NSV: I made an army of tiny dogs made of smarties and Hershey kisses today for my kids Valentines at school. 200 kisses and 50 smarty rolls in front of me all day and I only had 1 of each. 😁

    Comments: Was supposed to be a rest day...but I had pass by my gym on my way back from dropping off my son to an extra curricular he had tonight--- timing lined up well, so I dropped in on my old spin class---was nice to see my instructor again πŸ˜πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’₯

    Isn't awesome when you just can't rest cause you addicted to working out.

    I bought munchkins for the kids today and had 2. That put me over my calories for the day but I’m still under for my carbs. And normally I would have eaten a lot more than 2.
