Still bloated. I was a pound lighter two days ago. I know this happens. First it’s happened to me on weight in day. Just frustrating. It’ll come off in no time. It’s not going to dictate my day.4 -

@batgirl140 You may be bloated, but you did still lose and you're down 6.4 lbs this month already so, you're still doing great!!1 -

This is so true. I like taking my walks, makes me happier and also makes me feel more accomplished which also makes me happier.
Not to mention my weight lifting which makes me feel invincible so there's that too.1 -

Sometimes it's like that. I know these pass couple days my neck has been swollen and it took everything just to eat two meals but I could only eat a little.1 -

The swelling in my neck finally went down from my ENDOSCOPY procedure on Tuesday and it doesn't hurt to eat any more HALLELUJAH! Today was my first day back exercising HIIT low impact but I only did 10 minutes using my asthma pump before and after wirkout. Tomorrow I am aiming for 15 minutes slowly and surely 😀

Exercise 60 min on the elliptical. I did sneak out this morning before anyone woke up and get to the gym. I was afraid if I didn’t get out before everyone else woke up I wasn’t going to go.2 -

And I've lost another 5.5 inches this month, so, while I didn't make it under 150 this week, I'm still very happy with where I wound up.7
