Stay on track yesterday but was spirit was totally down hopefully today is better. But I did try peanut butter and celery for snack which help quench my hunger in between meals which tells me I need to snack at least 2x a day.2 -

That’s a great snack! Not a fan of celery but put pb on it, I’ll eat it all day! Even if you don’t snack everyday best to have those healthy snacks available all the time for when the snack urge hits you.

I had buckled on the drive home. I was eating some feelings... and also, it was REALLY bad weather. And I have an hour drive home. I was tired and food = energy... so I snacked. If it weren't for those snacks, I would have been in my calories. Oh well.

Stayed in my calories and resisted all the urges for snacks and closet treats!! haha And I didn't feel hungry or feel like I was missing out on anything. So definitely a win!2 -

I bought munchkins for the kids today and had 2. That put me over my calories for the day but I’m still under for my carbs. And normally I would have eaten a lot more than 2.

Comments: Made my birthday cake, Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Buttercream Cake. It's definitely not low calorie, and I will be eating a lot of calories tomorrow, but still low carbs, I just feel better and do better overall eating low carb so I'll stick to that, but I will be over eating for sure lol. Meant to grab some pecans to decorate it with, but eh, it's still going to be awesome.
